Fantastic old uncut sheet from Topps Chewing Gum from 1949. This is the only uncut sheet of stamps I am aware of. They were sold to the public as tiny cards....
In 1949 Topps Chewing Gum issued 1cent packs of Pixie Bubble Gum with one small card.The set consists of 200 different small cards or stamps of Wild West Pioneers, Cowboys, Indians, African Natives, and Movie Stars....This particular uncut sheet is beautifully framed and hangs in my office in Chicago...There are 100 different stamps...Approximately 10 of these stamps have small creases or tiny imperfections that don't spoil the appearance and are barely noticeable....Each stamp is only 1 1/2 inches by 1 inch so if you want this for display it shouldn't matter.... This is a tremendous uncut sheet with outstanding eye appeal... One of the very best old non sports uncut sheets of all time !!!! This sheet includes Mae West, Black Beard, Sir Henry Morgan, and includes 45 African Chiefs, Dancers, Warriors, and Tribesmen.........
